What is energetic healing?

Energetic healing is based on the principle that all that exists is interconnected through subtle energies. When the natural flow of these energies is disturbed, imbalance and disharmony can arise. The aim of energetic healing is to release blockages and restore the flow, allowing divine order to manifest.

As an energetic healer, I perceive the existing energy field while also serving as a channel to transmit high-frequency energies and information. In the Reiki tradition, this is referred to as universal life energy, which is received and passed on.

My Path

I originally trained and worked as a fashion stylist in Berlin, Rome, Bremen. From 2009 onwards, I began consciously perceiving energies, signs, synchronicities, and subtle beings. During my yoga training, these perceptions deepened through spiritual practices like long periods of mantra chanting. I was knocking on doors, and not prepared for what layed behind them.

For years, I searched for explanations that fit my worldview and ways to navigate these experiences—sometimes labeled as “delusions”—without medication. After over fifteen years in the city, I moved “into the wild,” meeting shamans, healers, and people who recognized my sensitivities as real. Back in Germany i received 2015 the 3th Reiki Level which changed my world and understanding forever.
